Although no filters to replace, they do! After that use HEPA filters are not washable should be replaced by the particles deeper and deeper into the existing filter, as I said, like a filter, I did return. Now the customer ..... See now that filters need replacing, I searched high and low for a replacement. Finally e-mail customer service from the manufacturer side. I was told that even if they sell air purifiers on the open market, the only way to get replacement filter through them. OK, doable. The problem is this: The machine has two filters to replace the existing, they are not sold in sets of two. In addition, transportation costs, as well as filters, if not more, but not sending the same set of two filters that the item requires two filters EACH 13.00 After paying to send these filters, one might think that the time shipping is reasonable. How many devices claim to be 1) effective and 2) while operating quietly. As I write this, is the sound of the keys to the middle of a lot stronger than the unit operating at medium power. The filter works better than I know, dust and dander. You can clean with a vacuum cleaner or an imbecile, dust and clean all it takes 30 seconds and requires no replacement has a UV lamp that can be turned on and off, but if you live in an area with high concentrations of mold or bacteria I can not see it very useful.
