I struggled with my allergies so started looking for air purifiers and found that Honeywell had consistently good reviews. This was a new model in the time I bought and I was a little nervous about the fact that a guinea pig but my allergies have clicked the buy button for me. I had the first unit to return, because it started making a strange buzzing cyclical, as the type of engine was tired - I had only about two weeks. Amazon Return Center is amazing and I had a replacement unit in two days. The second unit is great, I had no problems so far. It is quiet (unless you Crank It Up on the highest setting, it is not necessary) and I'm really a difference in air quality. If I turn it off, I start getting the sniffles and itchy eyes in no time. I do not use UV feature, but I like the ionizer *** UPDATE *** Unfortunately I also had to arrange for the second unit must be returned, this time I contacted Honeywell. The purifier has become increasingly loud and sounds like the engine is effortless. I'm really surprised, because I have some drives that were less expensive Honeywell on 24 / 7 for most of last year and I had absolutely no problems with them. I do not think the unit is ready for the market yet. Honeywell Customer Service was excellent, and were sensitive to the treatment plant will exchange one of their higher models, free of charge. Midler This air purifier does a great job and a very modern look. I also like to provide HEPA filtration ions and the traditional one-piece, you have the opportunity to use washable filters included and replaceable odor blocking filter. I think the odor filter is blocking the way forward, but ordered additional filters are a real pain. There is a site and number on the bag, but it will only "search not found." I have not found these filters available anywhere, but from the manufacturer, and from your website is not working, be prepared to sit on the phone ordering. November 11 people found this review helpful. Not bad, not great with sassygirl I'm looking for an air purifier to take care of dust and bacteria. I had a sharper image GP Pro and tried it in place. The features are very good and it circulates the air, so the only drawback for me personally is that the lowest value, you can still hear the fan.
